Ageless Belle® Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the Ageless Belle® Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Your website, social media, or other promotional channels must align with our brand values.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission & Payouts

• Affiliates earn a 7% commission on each completed sale.
• Commissions are paid monthly via your M-PESA line.
• A minimum payout threshold of KES 1000 must be met before payments are processed.
• Self-referrals and fraudulent transactions do not qualify for commissions.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote Ageless Belle®  products honestly and in accordance with our brand guidelines.
• Do not engage in misleading, spammy, or unethical marketing practices.
• Ensure that your promotional content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements.

4. Prohibited Activities

• No false claims or deceptive marketing tactics.
• No cookie stuffing, spamming, or unauthorized link sharing.

5. Use of Marketing Materials

• Affiliates may use content on our Skincare Blog to link to in their promotions.
• Affiliates can share direct product links from our site with their audiences.
• Affiliates can reference our Testimonials and Customer Reviews Section in their promotions.

6. Termination

• Ageless Belle®  reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms.
• Affiliates may also choose to leave the program by notifying us in writing.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• Ageless Belle®  is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program.
• We do not guarantee specific earnings, and commissions are subject to change.

8. Modification of Terms

• Ageless Belle®  reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
