FAQs On Account Registration
How do I register on the Ageless Belle® website?
Click on “Register” in the top right corner of the website.
Provide your name and email address, create a password, tick the Terms and Conditions, and confirm. An email confirmation will be sent to you for account registration.
Remember to create a strong password.
If you already have an existing account with us, go ahead and log in.
Click “My Account” and then select ‘Account Information.
How do I edit my account details?
From “Account Information”, you can edit your account details and change your shipping address, billing information, phone number, or email address.
FAQ On Ordering?
How do I place an order on Ageless Belle®?
Once you get to our website, you can search for products in the Shop Menu. You can use the default menu or shop by category.
- Once you see a product that you may like, click on the product name to see more information on the product or click on the “Add to Cart” button.
- After adding the item to the cart, there will be a prompt to “View Cart”, or you can continue shopping and view the cart when done.
Alternatively, you can click on ‘My Cart’ to checkout.
- If you have a Coupon Discount/Code in the view cart, please input or leave it blank.
Next, calculate the shipping cost by choosing your County; if you are out of Nairobi, which is there by default, then update.
- Review your order details. Ensure that all looks good, i.e., the product(s) type you have chosen, the quantity, the shipping address, street, estate, and house number to get doorstep delivery. Then, click on the “Checkout” button.
- If you have an account and have not logged on, you will need to ‘Sign In’ to your account, or if you do not have an account, you will be required to ‘Register’ and create a new account if this is your first order.
- Enter a ‘Shipping Address, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information.
You can pay for the products using M-Pesa or Visa Card. Follow the payment information given, then click ‘Place your order. For M-Pesa, you will receive a prompt to enter your M-Pesa pin, please do, then ok the transaction.
- This completes the order process, and you will receive an email with the order details.

Delivery FAQ
When do you deliver?
The courier company (Fargo Courier) delivers between 24hrs-72hrs, depending on the distance. In case you do not receive the package within this time, please get in touch with us.
